Our Providers

Dr. David H. Montaldi, DO

David H. Montaldi, DO

Physician, OB/GYN

David H. Montaldi is a board-certified OBGYN and research physician investigator. He earned his Bachelor of Science from Gordon College, followed by his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his internship at Zeger-Botsford Hospital and residency at Deaconess Hospital of Buffalo, after which he served as Acting Chair and Associate Professor of the OBGYN department at Kirksville for a number of years, during which time he also practiced at the OBGYN College Clinic.

Since then, Dr. Montaldi has spent over 30 years in private group practice in Georgia, and for the past 10 years he has focused on clinical research. He holds 2 healthcare device patents, has served as principal investigator on numerous clinical trials spanning a wide range of topics including diabetes, gastrointestinal, cardiovascular and gynecologic conditions and treatments, and has coauthored several research journal publications. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his grandkids and hiking.

Nurse Practitioner

Reo Kim is a dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Adult-Gerontology

Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of diverse nursing and NP experience in primary care, internal medicine, acute and critical care, and medical aesthetics. She received her Bachelor of Science from Kennesaw State University, followed by her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Albany State University. She then went on to complete an Adult Gerontology Acute Care NP degree at Emory University.

 

Reo's approach to healthcare is rooted in holistic, patient-centered care — focusing on listening deeply to each patient’s concerns and addressing the whole person, not just their symptoms.​ She is dedicated to empowering patients through education, compassion, and evidence-based care. Whether managing chronic conditions, promoting preventive wellness, or enhancing confidence through aesthetic treatments, she strives to help every patient achieve their best health and well-being.

 

Beyond her professional role, Reo finds joy in serving her community through music. She plays piano as the first keyboardist in her church’s praise band every week — a reflection of her passion for harmony, teamwork, and heartfelt connection.

Eileen Lau, PA-C

Eileen Lau, PA-C

Physician Assistant

Eileen Lau is a board-certified Physician Assistant. She received her Bachelors of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, and her Masters of Medical Science from Emory University School of Medicine's Physician Assistant program, with highest honors. She started her PA career in pulmonary and critical care in 2008. She then spent 13 years in primary care internal medicine and a year in endocrinology. In 2021 she joined Atlanta Gynecology, and since 2024 she has been practicing exclusively in women's health.

 

Eileen is dedicated to providing compassionate, holistic care for women across the lifespan, with a special interest in hormonal concerns, mental health and preventive care. Eileen values listening and educating to partner with patients to improve their wellbeing. In her free time she enjoys volunteering in the community, hanging out with her family, playing tennis, and exercising her creativity in the craft room and kitchen.
