OHR Clinic was established in 2016 and is a dedicated clinical research site that undertakes investigational drug and device trials in various therapeutic areas. Our Board Certified Physician and APP investigators and experienced staff work as a team to implement study protocols. With patient safety paramount, we strive for expeditious enrollment, accurate documentation and clean data collection, all while maintaining strict compliance with ICH/GCP guidelines and FDA regulations.

Vaginitis Study

Evaluating the effectiveness of a nonhormonal silicone-based gel vs estradiol cream for the treatment of genitourinary syndrome of menopause (GSM). Symptoms of GSM may include vulvar and vaginal dryness / discomfort / itching / burning and painful intercourse.

Criteria:

  • Women ages 40 to 75

  • Postmenopausal

  • Diagnosed genitourinary syndrome of menopause

  • Cannot be currently on estradiol vaginal therapy

Birth Control Study

Evaluating bone density with long term use of a hormonal combination tablet in women with fibroids or endometriosis.

Atopic Dermatitis / Eczema Study

Evaluating the effects of two investigational drugs in the treatment of moderate to severe atopic dermatitis in adults.

Endometriosis Study

Evaluating the efficacy of a medication in reducing pain due to endometriosis in women aged 18-50.
